OBJECTIVES
The primary objectives of the Tides Property Owners Association are to:
1, maintain, administer, and operate all properties and facilities owned and/or otherwise controlled by the Association for the exclusive use of its members, their families and guests.
2. To promote the civic welfare of all citizens living in the area community known as the "Tides."
Please note that the dumpster at Tides Beach is a private dumpster and is not for personal use. Also, if you would like to donate play structures to the beach, please reach out to the association before leaving these things at the beach.
The beach is monitored 24/7 with security cameras and we want to keep it safe and clean for all of our community members!
By now you have had several opportunities to get your new "swipe" gate card and instructions on how to use it. Of course only paid up dues members are eligible for the "swipe" gate card.
